Setting Up Email Alerts in MDS

MDS allows you to enable specific email notifications to help you stay informed about the status of your screens and network activity.


Types of Email Alerts

You can choose from the following alert options:

  • Daily Status Report
    Receive a daily summary of your network, including which screens are online or offline.

  • Detailed Screen Alerts
    Get real-time notifications for specific screen events, such as:

    • A screen being unplugged (power source change)

    • Low battery levels

    • A screen going offline

These detailed alerts are particularly useful for team members responsible for monitoring screen performance, ensuring compliance, and following up with venues.

You can adjust your alert preferences at any time if you find you’re receiving too many notifications.


How to Set Up Email Alerts

  1. Log in to your MDS Dashboard.

  2. Hover over your initials in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Notification Preferences from the dropdown menu.

  4. Choose the alerts you’d like to receive.

  5. Click Save to confirm your preferences.
